By accessing or using Skillnest Development website, online courses, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

          These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skillnest Development.
        

Description of Service

Skillnest Development provides online courses teaching modular construction techniques, structural engineering principles, and engineering problem-solving skills through video lessons, interactive 3D models, downloadable plans, and certification programs.

Courses are delivered digitally via our learning platform hosted on Shopify infrastructure.

User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our Service
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

Payment Terms

All course purchases are final except as provided in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges due.

All prices displayed exclusive of applicable taxes
Subscription payments automatically renew until cancelled
Failed payments may result in suspension of course access
We are not responsible for payment processor fees or disputes

Intellectual Property Rights

All content including course materials, videos, 3D models, certificates, and website design ("Content") is owned by Skillnest Development or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational use
Prohibited: copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting Content
Certificates may be shared for professional purposes but not resold
Build plans may be used for personal projects only

User Conduct and Content

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or to transmit harmful software
You may not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
You may not share account credentials with others
You may not use automated systems to access course content
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content or terminate accounts

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (Shopify, Stripe, Google Analytics). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or our Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
All fees paid are non-refundable except as provided in Refund Policy
Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLNEST DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Courses represent educational content, not professional engineering certification
We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or employment
Physical builds using our plans are at your own risk

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.
